Refund Policy
Clear, written terms — no fine print surprises.
Cancellations
Cancel within 14 days of placing a deposit for a full refund. After 14 days, deposits convert to a 12-month store credit.
Health-related refunds
Full refunds are issued under our 30-day Health Guarantee when a certified avian veterinarian documents a pre-existing condition.
Satisfaction window
If the placement is not right within 14 days of delivery, you may return the bird at your cost for a refund of the purchase price less shipping and a 10% rehoming fee that covers quarantine and re-socialization.
Non-refundable items
Shipping charges, flight-nanny fees, DNA lab fees and gift cards are non-refundable once fulfilled.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
