Agreement
By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Health Guarantee, which together form the complete agreement between you and Exotic Bird Shop, LLC.
Orders and deposits
A 25% deposit reserves a bird for up to 60 days and is refundable within 14 days. Full payment is due before shipping arrangements are finalized.
Eligibility
Purchasers must be 18 or older and legally permitted to own the species in their jurisdiction. We reserve the right to decline any placement we believe is not in the bird's interest.
Ownership and risk
Ownership and risk transfer on delivery confirmation. Title does not pass until payment clears in full.
Limitation of liability
Our aggregate liability is limited to the purchase price of the bird. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Sarasota County, Florida.
